Hello! I'm Michael Adebayo, lead broker and founder of Metropolitan Mortgage and Financial Services. I was born in a small village called Usi, in Ekiti State, Nigeria. I hold dual US/Nigerian citizenship and have lived in the US for over 50 years, learning the market and helping clients buy properties in all types of housing market conditions. I hold a master's degree in mineral and energy resource economics, and a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering. I have over 37 years of experience in mortgage origination, real estate investment, and other small business. I have also been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland and the District of Columbia since 1989.
